Webbplatsernas tillgänglighet är oftast mätt både med verktyget Pa11y och Axe. Notera dock att knappt hälften av tillgänglighetsbristerna på webben kan upptäckas med verktyg som dessa, så se det som en fingervisning snarare än facit.
Skillnaden mellan Axe och Pa11y är flera, bland annat att Axe bara räknar antal områden som en webbplats felar på och att Axe mer fokuserar på bekräftade fel. Betyget i Pa11y utgår från antalet unika fel snarare än unika sorters fel. Tanken är att dessa två ska balansera upp varandra.
